Born and raised in Fresno, I’ve spent over three decades in the restaurant industry. Alongside my family, I had the pleasure of operating Casa Corona, but Viva! came from a different place. As a mother of three daughters, I’ve always encouraged them to live boldly, not just food, but in life. 

That same spirit inspired Viva! Be Bold. Viva! was built on the belief that food should feel fresh, customizable, and fun. But more than that, it’s about a bigger philosophy. One I’ve held onto for years. Be adventurous, stay curious, embrace creativity, and never be afraid to try something new. That’s what Be Bold means to me.
